Do I need to be present to sign for my delivery?
Yes. Federal law requires that all wine shipments be signed for by an adult aged 21 or older. We recommend shipping to a business address if you are not home during the day.
Where do you currently ship wine?
We ship to most states where it is legally permitted. Please use our state selector at checkout to see if delivery is available in your location.
What is your return policy for corked or damaged wine?
If you receive a bottle that is corked or damaged during transit, please contact us within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or store credit.
Can I order online and pick up at a local store?
Absolutely. Select the 'In-Store Pickup' option at checkout and choose your preferred Triangle Wine Company location. You will receive an email when your order is ready.
How do you ensure wine quality during extreme weather?
During periods of extreme heat or cold, we may hold your shipment in our temperature-controlled warehouse until it is safe to transport to ensure the integrity of the wine.
